Please follow the steps below to obtain service under the Ganja Carts Warranty Program:

Ganja Carts only warrants the device against defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal conditions and use.

Retain your receipt or other proof of purchase for your records.

You must scan your Puff DNA sticker found on the back of the outer retail box of your product to Verify and opt into your warranty within 14 days of your Purchase.

Once verifying your product you will have the option to follow the warranty claim instructions to submit your warranty claim. You will be required to provide your Ganja Carts Product details during the claiming process.

You can also contact the Ganja Carts Warranty Team on the support site or obtain the Contact Form by writing to Ganja Carts at: You will be required to create an account and age verify online, submit your Ganja Carts or Ganja Carts Product sticker (or image), and provide details of the problem you experienced.

You must return your approved-for-warranty Ganja Carts Product to obtain service on your warranty claim if deemed within the time allotted. Ganja Carts is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent by you, or any purchases made with 3rd party vendors that are not Authorized by Ganja Carts.

The Puff Warranty Team may request additional details about the device, including pictures or videos, and may attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service for replacements.

Purchasers claiming replacement devices will be required to age verify, and Ganja Carts reserves the right to deny any warranty claims for purchasers who fail to age verify online. Ganja Carts will only honor this Limited Warranty for original purchasers at least 21 years old at the time of purchase.

Ganja Carts also reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the warranty claim is fraudulent or designed to avoid the age restriction. In the event your warranty claim is removed or deleted, you may request assistance by contacting the Puff Warranty Team.

Ganja Carts requires purchasers to be at least 21 years old to purchase products online, and this age restriction also extends to all warranty replacements, regardless of previous age restrictions. Those below the current age restriction will not be serviced.
